Memorial Day is in the rearview, wearing white is now safe, and this edition makes us want a flat white. You’ll see why.

🗂️ IN THIS ISSUE

→ Coffee and golf, but now how you’d expect
→ Friday Beers has it’s first big star
→ A new candidate for your weekend watch

👀 Best Things We Saw This Week

1. Introducing Golf Tees Made from Coffee Grounds

The concept of a wooden tee, especially for a par 3, is a little ridiculous when you think about it. What other sport requires you to buy something for literally 1/80th of your game/round/whatever. Grounds for Grounds is taking your favorite morning espresso and using those grounds to make biodegradable golf tees, and we’re here for it.

2. Upcoming Doc About 1 Man Running 500 miles on Mushrooms

The combo of running and recreational drugs is certainly trending up and to the right these days. First Diplo ran the LA Marathon on LSD, there are THC sports drinks specifically for running (we highlighted the brand Offline nearly 2 years ago), and now one man’s wild journey to run 500 miles on psilocybin.

3. Friday Beers Actor Makes It Big

Instagram post

Many of you know Will Angus from the social media comedy troupe Friday Beers. In the years since Friday Beers rocket to popularity, it was clear that Will was more dynamic than just a social media personality. Now he’s getting his big break on a new Hulu comedy from Mindy Kaling called Not Suitable For Work, premiering June 2nd.
