Lax shorts predicted to be everywhere this fall
Big shout to Brad for sending in this article from InsideHook claiming mesh lacrosse shorts are going to be HUGE in the fashion world this fall. Data points being the recent SKIMS ad below and the fact that many NY-based street brands already have a lax short offering.

While we don’t expect to actually see former lacrosse players dusting off their high school shorts, NARP’s everywhere have already started to explore more comfortable short options that don’t look like you’re about to hit the links or just came from the gym. Plus if short shorts are still in, mesh lacrosse shorts seem like an easy target for brands to show themselves as different. Maybe the biggest kicker is brands are selling shots like these for $80 or higher. At least they have the old-school notch on the side.
