We’re back after taking 2 weeks off. It’s nice to step away sometimes and remind myself that writing about clothes and golf doesn’t have to get in the way of the more important things in life. And with the weather finally breaking through the bitter cold in the Midwest, it’s nice to be back with a renewed energy. Cue the music…

Robb Report dives into the specifics of what is required for a watch to state it Swiss Made. Spoiler Alert: There are a TON of loopholes. Reminds us of Harley Davidson saying their motorcycles are made in America which really means they buy their parts from all over the world then just assemble them here. For watches though, you don’t even have to do that.
Day in the Life of Jake Knapp
Jake Knapp couldn’t defend his long PGA win last weekend but still came away with a T25. People are calling his swing the smoothest since Freddie Couples.
The Golfer’s Journal spent a day with Jake this past December and it’s an awesome 30 minutes to get inside the normal (i.e. BORING) life of a PGA golfer. He’s not your typical golf nerd and don’t be surprised if we see a lot more of him. And in true Wes McGowan fashion, he is a huge gamer 🙂 .
I have no idea if Johnnie-O actually invented the 2 ½ button and I personally don’t own one but the idea is genius.
Lots of guys don’t feel comfortable or cool rocking their shirts in 3rd gear most 2nd buttons on shirts are too restricting. The fact it’s hidden makes it even more natural looking.

Very strong Beastie Boys vibes from this one. I don’t much about Ren but he seems like a musician that can span multiple genres. Made me think why we haven’t heard any new groups copy the Beastie Boys sound. A lot of music sounds the same these days, but I have yet to hear another Licensed to Ill.
